We are teaching Hatha Yoga for the last 20 years in Pune, India. Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga techniques with Iyengar yoga are used for varied purposes like health, fitness, therapy (ailments of orthopaedic, endocrine, reproductive, respiratory, cardiac, mental systems), weight loss, pregnancy, kids & senior citizens' health, feminine wellness, corporate training and much more. Special classes are held for serious disorders and disabilities. Workshops on specialised topics of yoga are held at regular intervals. Tailor made batches for Certified Teacher's Training are held covering in-depth knowledge of every aspect of yoga are regularly conducted. Hundreds of students have become Yoga teachers and are running their Yoga vocation successfully.
