Our strength lies in the fact that there is a balanced study of all aspects of yoga. The main USP at Kshitij is that no two days are the same. There is so much variations in the sessions that students who are with us for over 10 years still find something new in their daily routines. The sessions are made interesting by including various forms of yoga like artistic yoga, power yoga, dynamic yoga, relaxation, yoganidra and its likes. Though our sessions are performed in groups each and every student comes back with the feeling that they are getting personal attention. At Kshitij our major strength is the inclusion of props in the daily workout of students. We use props like ropes, belts, bricks, bolsters, chairs etc. These props act as support and aid to people with health challenges. They are used by regulars to increase the intensity and difficulty of asanas. The props are also used for relaxing the body after yoga stretches.
