I am a member of this gym since 2018 june. Have renwed my memberships multiple times. However post covid the gym quality and way to serve customers has degraded. Below are the reasons 1) Price - during covid we were told that our membership is on hold and we wont loose any days. But post covid when gym opened we are informed that membership has lapsed. Infact when i went to renew i found that the price has increased 30% despite market conditions were not good. Also i had lost 2.5 months of membership due to covid but post renewal they just gave 1 months and i had to loose my 1.5 months equivalent to 3000 rs. 2)Trainer quality and infrastructure : Post damodar sir left the quality has degraded. Its been 2 months but i didnot had any body assessment done . This was not the scenario before though. Also now AC are also turned OFF. 3) Flexibility : i had to go for a bone grafting surgey for which doctor recommended 4 weeks rest. When i asked the owner to pause my membership he said it cannot be paused but upon renewal you wil get that extra month. The question is why benefit at time of renewal it can happen that i wont want to renew it. But he looked for his profit so that i pay for renewal . Owner wont even reply or answer your messages once you complain to him. A genuine advise to owner . Have flexibility and also care about customers money. During lockdown also you miscommunicated us that membership on hold post then you made u turn. Customers money is also important . If you charge 30% more then give that quality which used to give before like providing vegetable juice and also turning ON the AC. You lost a genuine customer !! Regards Somesh
