Staff doesn't know how to talk with clients. Had joined swimming classes. Took admission by paying complete fees 10 days before the start of class. They didn't took responsibility of informing when the class is going to start. I only called and asked when the classes are starting. First day i was told 6-7 pm timing. With full spirit i went to class. Staff not knowing who is the trainer. Trainer comes at 6:30 but not ready to take class due to personal reason. As a human being i agree with the trainers problem. But i said i don't want to continue with the classes please give me refund. That time they committed to give refund and next day they changed their script of talking. Now they are not ready to give refund. These people are only concern with money not relations. I think i lost my money on road or gave to some charity. So guys before joining any center think 10 times.
