This is with reference to Mr Vinay salve's reviews, on behalf of Lifepro fitness management We would like to clarify that the comments and allegations are completely baseless and misleading. This gentleman had approached us stating that his wife had taken membership dated 27.4.18 but due to personal reasons she had come only for 2 - 3 days and was not able to continue the same. As all gyms follow No refund policy we also stated the same but looking at the situation we gave Mr Vinay option of transferring the membership to him or any of his known friend. He denied the same on pretext of his Night shift and that he doesn't know anyone on Pashan / Sus Road. Secondly the receipt was not updated in system sine there were remarks of "payment pending" on receipt which was suppose to be clarified by one of our team member who was currently on leave. So all above mentioned points by Mr Vinay salve is completely false and it shows mere outburst of senseless revenge for no fault of Lifepro Fitness. You can refer our genuine reviews on other links also for making sensible judgement about our services. Request Grow Fitter management to look into this case and not allow members to post false reviews which tarnish our good earned reputation. Regards

The worst gym, there is no attention from the trainers, they only look after beautiful girls who come at the gym and stare them from every angle and are not bothered to provide guidance to anyone else. At the time of taking membership, they speak so softly and promise that they will bring the stars and moon for you, on the contrary once you take membership and go to the gym, they don't even care for you, the staff and management is rude they do not even try to understand the problem of the people who join their gym. There is no air conditioning in the gym. I was not able to continue the gym due to medical emergency after a week later I took membership, I explained everything to them as I have moved out of Pune, still they were not ready to refund any fees. Moreover, they did not turn to meet with me to discuss the matter, every time I met a new person from the staff//management and again I have to explain them from start to end. In order to not refund the fees, they did the following 1. They edited the carbon copy of my receipt in receipt book 2. They deleted the membership records from the computer 3. They also deleted the camera footage of the time when I had paid the fees for six months 4. No one from the management was available at the meeting time scheduled 5. After so many visits, it was of no use 6. They used to fix the time of meeting but did not turn up 7.
