Utterly rude and uncultured staff with only money in their mind. Don't believe in operating their utilities like AC which they proficiently promised while hunting down your money but when you pay them off, they don't even recognize you. Had to file Consumer Court complain against them for their fraudulent behavior. The owner, staff and the whole gym people do not like to address the issue even after you address them repetitively. Wouldn't recommend this gym at all even for free. Smelly, sweaty and unethical place where customer is disregarded and disrespected.

I do not recommend this gym to anyone, not even to my biggest enemy. Reason being : A. I was their loyal customer until last night from the time this gym was established. I have been paying what so ever amount they used to quote me till last year. Last year I got to know that they were charging way too less from new members and opposite from old members, so they got trapped in their own web therefore they had no other option else to provide me with the same less amount. Now when my membership got expired during lockdown, I asked them to give me my lockdown period months, if not fully then atleast some, but as usual their money minded behaviour popped in and they denied to provide us our very own months for which we all had paid. They started to say “they have terminated all the lockdown months of all the members” for which they had no legal authority. When asked to show the legal permission to do so, they asked us to go to consumer court and on top of that the stupid arrogant head manager Mr. Deepu (nickname) said that if you didn’t pay the amount by next day I’ll not let you enter. He didn’t even discuss anything with me, I kept on saying we’ll talk about this tomorrow, I don’t have time, it’s too late, I come with limited time and if you wanted to talk to me you could have asked me before so that I have made myself free half an hour before but he didn’t listen to anything what I was saying, instead he arrogantly said “I won’t let you enter” infront of 4 other staff members. Who gave him this illiterate right to speak to anyone like this. We members ain’t doing free gym, we are using services for which we had paid. B. Their group session floor is forever disturbed. You’ll find digged spots all over the floor. Chances of getting hurt are 99%. When complained, no actions are action. Once I did, he said we’ll do in winters when members foot fall goes down, from 2019 winters to almost 2020 winters, no actions have been taken. C. AC works pathetic, for that also they have signature rude answer “it comes under mall’s premises, we can’t do anything” They don’t even turn on the AC in afternoon even when explained so many times about the infections and bacteria that surrounds if they don’t turn on the AC. D. Weight training floor... the carpet area keeps on slipping all the time. 4-5 times happened with me, again when complained , signature answer came “yeh toh normal hai, weights girte h toh floor ke carpet ka glue nikal jaata h, hum firse stick karwa denge” but after 2 days this again happens, no service/maintance days are dedicated. And this vicious cycle keeps on repeating. E. Staffs here especially sales and the manager are more keen towards their monthly target instead of safety of the employees. They have no customer loyalty towards their old loyal customers, they try to con their old members by increasing the amount everytime you renew and decrease the amount for new members. They don’t understand the situation where the member is, they keep calling you and if you don’t listen to them, they show their mannerless etiquette by disrespecting you in front of their staff. Yesterday I was in a hurry because it was so late, and I politely asked the manager Mr. Deepu and sales girl Ms. Shabista that I’ll talk to you tomorrow regarding this, I don’t have time right now but they were so keen towards their monthly target that they disrespected me in front of so many staff members. I wasn’t having time that very moments, otherwise I would have screwed them up very nicely that they would never ever think of doing this with anyone else in their dreams. And on that note , when I talked about this issue on my Instagram & Facebook handle, and tagged the gym @fitnessbox page and the owner Mrs. Shalini Singh both blocked me. Instead of looking into the matter, they chose to block me. This is the wonderful behaviour of fitnessbox team. Only if you want to take revenge from somebody then also recommend this gym to that person otherwise save your health and choose wisely.

I have been to this place it's highly overpriced and they are only looking for ways to make money from customer by giving false promises also.
