Bollywood dance includes many forms of movement and dance such as hip hop, jazz, Latin and Middle-eastern dance. You will learn technique and choreography that incorporate rhythmic, full body movement. With music that will keep you energized, engaged and excited, this high energy, non-stop cardio and strength building dance class is designed to help you tone and build endurance. Class is suitable for all levels, no dance experience required. HIP-HOP From R&B and House to Club and Pop, Hip Hop classes utilize upbeat music from various genres, in addition to the latest Hip Hop hits. The resulting outcome is an energetic class that not only teaches you Hip Hop movements and technique, but also instills rhythm and precision in your muscle memory. This class is suitable for all levels. .? CONTEMPORARY Contemporary dance are a great way to exercise. The improvised nature of contemporary dancing involves fluidity of movement, whilst minimizing the physical stress normally caused by dancing. This style of dance allows you to translate meaning through movement and really allows you to interpret the music.
