FRAUD GYM The gym has changed ownership twice in last three years. Last time the ownership changed, the customers' balance amount was taken away and the customer were forced to buy new membership. This time, the new owner changed to location which is 5 km away from the old location and has refused to refund the money, even if it is not possible for customer to travel that far for gym. They kept taking new membership without informing new customers, even when the decision of change of gym location was already taken. I have 8 months membership left and my husband have 11 months membership left. Now they say that even if they close down the gym they are not suppose to refund. The new gym facility is not even 10% of what the facility they had at sector 17 of vashi and the location is too far to avail the gym facility.
9 months agoManagement is awful. They take money from me for a year and then shifted the gym to a new location within a month. Now they are not refunding the amount even though the new location is far away.
