Worst gym i ever joined

Dear sir I am the Member of your gym since last 4 nonths And i am feeling really bad for Your service . Me and my brothers schedule for Gym is suffer because of your watchmen and Trainners . We came at 5 am and waited for 40 minutes to open gym but no response from your side. This is 3rd or 4th tym i am returning home after waiting more than 30 minutes. Kindly pay attention on your gym or please refund because no one have time to waste. Regards Arvind Singh
