Fun and Fit Gym in Thane city is perfectly situated at Khopat opposite the MSRTC bus depot. We purposely selected this location as we know it is easy to reach & equidistant from all areas in the ever expanding Thane city. Why are we different from any other gym in Thane city? As, here at Fun and Fit Gym we know about fitness, but we also know what our each client want from day one. Hence our gym boasts of a great range of fitness equipments to suit a different workouts from cardio machines to our weights section. The gym which has started operations in 2005 is spread over 5600 square feet & consists of four main areas, The cardio section, the resistance training room, stretch/ Abs sections, weights area and the assessment section staged around with large TV screen. Bearing in mind that one likes to relax after a work out, we have excellent shower rooms, steam room & massage facilities.
