After the 2020 lockdown got lifted, the gym refused to compensate me of the money I lost for 5 months which is 14,000 rupees, or ever refused to give me the lost membership back for for 5 months. The staff was extremely rude and denied to give a decent justification. During 2021 I renewed my membership just because they said they’ll return my money if another lockdown takes place. I paid 12,000 rupees for 4 months and could only go to the gym for 2 months. After the 2021 lockdown got lifted, they robbed me off again, refused to address me as a customer, the reception staff are extremely ill-mannered and have no work ethic. They refused to give back my remaining money and also behaved aggressively! Anyone looking for a good gym in Kolkata, you can do way better than this, and also save your respect and money !
2 years agoI strictly advice not to join this gym. They do not provide basic trainers also without enrolling for personal trainer. And membership fee is already exorbitant 29k per year. Diet counselling just two times a year that also verbal. Be willing to pay extra for trainers if you want to join here or else just do whatever you know coz no one is gonna assist you. You are on your own here
