It's easy to motivate a member when they are sitting on a bench right in front of you, but the real challenge for a trainer is to have that motivation exist even when 'YOU' are not around and when he is working out for himself!! Specially wrote this quoting BHARAT bhaiya. I have seen everyday,anyone asking for help even if he is working out he goes to the member and helps.And motivates everyone especially,,''SABBAS''.
