TONIQUE STUDIO is a dance and fitness studio located in the posh locality of Shyam Nagar, Jaipur and has been successfully changing and touching people’s lives physically, mentally and spiritually since Jan 2013. It is the brainchild of Manisha Nowlakha who strongly believes that fitness should be a lifestyle, a way of life and should be incorporated in our daily routine no matter how busy we are. We believe that workouts should be fun and should keep you motivated as well. Our aim is to offer a variety of cardio fitness, toning and strengthening programs catering to the young and the young at heart. We have fitness programs for the 6 to the 60s, for the beginners to pro and for the young to old. We are here for EVERYONE. The studio has a very lively positive vibes with one of its kind ambience, experienced qualified teachers, state of the art sound system, upbeat vibe, clean and safe environment, expertise and undying passion we make sure that each member achieves their personal health goals.
