Overall, yoga is a highly recommended practice for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and increase flexibility and strength. My experience: I recently had the pleasure of taking a yoga class with Yoga Peace Sansthan, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the classes, I felt welcomed and at ease. The calm and soothing voice of Guru ji (Yogacharya Dhakaram) & his team immediately put me at ease, and I appreciated the way they took the time to explain each pose and offer modifications for those who needed them. Throughout the class, Guru ji (Yogacharya Dhakaram) & his team kept a perfect balance between challenging us to push ourselves to our limits, while also reminding us to listen to our bodies and take breaks when necessary. I loved the way they incorporated breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques into the class, making it a truly holistic experience. After the class, I felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed, and I can't wait to attend another class with Guru ji (Yogacharya Dhakaram) & his team. I highly recommend to all those who find “From health to happiness”
