The ladies trainer at this gym is a true inspiration for woman who are looking at attaining a body of fitness. Shes always been very helpful and motivating throughout my time here. She has a very delightful and happy go lucky personality which doesn't make the gym life much easier. Her guidelines towards diet and maintaining a balance of healthy lifestyle has changed my perspective in many ways. She ensures that each and every exercise is done with the right amount of precision and care while giving great results. 4 years agoMrs. Masrath Fatima has been providing us with all required instructions and keeps on monitoring the workout sessions. Solitaire fitness is worth a try. They've got really good trainers and comfortable space to workout!!
