Great place to workout..highly intense and challenging fitness programme..a must try for every fitness enthusiast and great workout for weight loss..
3 years agoThe level of personal training here is way too high above the rest. The trainers are with the members throughout the session from beginning to end and keep a close watch on every movement to ensure that the session is perfect. Further there are appropriate variations in the sessions and hence you don’t feel bored doing the same exercises again and again. I would rate the personal training as nothing short of a 5 star service. The place is not too big but there are not many people who train at the same time so it’s not crowded.
3 years agoGreat workout for a good value. Love the staff, environment, and energy. Excellent location and very inviting. First place I want to go to after work!
