Before beginning a new exercise program, we review your medical history and understand your exercise limitations. We use screening tools like Body Composition, Body Mass Index (BMI), Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength and Muscular Endurance, Flexibility Testing to determine the safety of exercise and understand your needs.
