You cannot be in the service industry and not have a refund policy in place. 3 days after I cancelled my membership, Rs. 3,000 was auto debited from my account. After I asked for a refund, they gave a standardized reply. Even if it takes 7 days to communicate the change to the bank, you should refund the amount. This is absolutely ridiculous, I don't recommend this to anyone. You cannot take people's money after they've cancelled the service and then REFUSE to refund the amount in an uncaring manner.
