We practise the Asthanga Vinyasa form of yoga, which is dynamic in nature, this sort of a yoga practise is perfect for individuals looking to develop strength, loose weight and want to tone their bodies by working the deeper muscles.The Yoga Studio is a haven where you can unwind and relax. The classes are revitilizing and rejuvenating and incorporate the traditional form of Pranayama (breathing technique), Savasan (relaxation), Dhyana (meditation) and Chanting. In this quiet ambience, feel free to let go of your body and mind. Seema - a wellness expert and lifestyle guru has been involved with the fitness world for 15 years and has in-depth knowledge in the field particularly Yoga. She has been certified from the “International Sivananda Vedanta and Yoga Center” and studied under the tutelage of famous yoga gurus such as Sri. Pattabhi Jois to name a few. She has been featured in various TV shows, magazines, newspapers and has also authored 6 books on yoga. We also offer pre and post natal yoga classes for pregnant ladies to remain fit during pregnancy and to learn how to use the body and breath to benefit them during pregnancy and help to tone up muscles after the delivery.
