Fitness Groovee is a one stop hub for cardiovascular, body toning and body conditioning exercises. They provide various fitness programs and follow a holistic approach towards fitness. They are licensed and authorised by Yoga Alliance International to hold Yoga Teacher's trainings for 100 and 200 hours.
