We are providing the services of Gymnasium, Aerobic, Yoga, Dance Classes (Zumba & Bollywood) Kick boxing & Self defense. Since Yes Fitness working on the concept of general fitness, we are extending our services to our members for Yoga, Dance and Kick boxing as complimentary apart from Gymnasium and Aerobic. Our sincere emphasis is not only physical fitness but also keep our members stress free with all these activities. Besides above, a qualified Dietitian & Nutrition expert has also been engaged visiting twice/thrice a week for counselling to the willing members.
