Don't want to narrate whole story. In short trainer is very rude instead accepting mistake started argument where as I was just sharing my concern. Also a day before A/C was set at 30 degree which is very high and on checking with the same trainer he replied that he is sick so the temperature is high. What a reply as if AC is for them not for customer. Anyway I already have paid for a year and about 6 months are left but I will change the gym. I asked owner's number to give him feedback but no one gave me. Probably owner is not getting aware of all members concern which is especially about trainers. Hence they are losing business.
