Hi, This is Aniqa Khatoon, from UP residing in Delhi at my friends place, Since lockdown I have gained much weight and felt Athletique was one of the best in the town. But everything proved wrong. Paying 12k for 6 months is really a big thing for me, I come from a lower middle class family and couldn't afford this amount. But with the ongoing PCOS condition I somehow managed to borrow the amount and paid my gym fees. First 2 days are absolutely amazing then trainer asks for personal training they would not attend you until and unless you request them neither they will care if you maintain your weight. Then if you complaint about them, the receptionist and salesman doesn't let you talk to the owner and advise you to check the trainer again, here I tried this for a month again, but on 21st November I got a sprain in my left arm because trainer asked me to do seated row but didn't tell the technique that's what happens here, next day I complaint to MR. Amit Kaushik, he asked to take a PERSONAL TRAINING for a month and you will get it, But I advised him that I cannot pay more than gym fee, I am just a lower middle class family girl. Then I asked for a return of 4 months money because I couldn't get the services I requested. They just refused it and said take a legal action, I was requesting that sir I don't need legal case just return money , they started harrassing me, told a lie and made a video of me without my consent. After this things became out of control, I was waiting for the owner to come and talk, but then I came know that the owner is not in Delhi. Then I called up police constable and complaint against them. As soon as the police constable was there these guys started lying that membership was only for 2 months, bro if it was of 2 months, why are you letting the client enter on 7th day when 2months has already been completed. Such a liar these guys are. Thus, an advise to all people out there, please do take a bill and written note if you go to this gym, take a bill and ask for a written paper wherein the membership details including number of months membership is for. Otherwise, if you will ask for refund because you are not getting the right services then they will refuse it and would harras, lie and cheat you and also will ask for a legal action against them as if they can threaten you. please ???? it's a humble request to everyone out there don't get fooled as I did, this is a note to me for a lifetime. do remember the necessary things and information to taken in written whenever you join such bad training institutes.
