When I entered into the gym. I got some confidence to loss my weight. But in two months I loss 10 kg. Now I am giving my full effort in the gym. And the coach are very kindly commands and gave more sffort with students and I like my coaches. They are stress and giving exercise. ( And I like my yoss fitness gym)
