I am a regular person to this Gym since last 10 months. Nice place, well equipped with trained resources. Personal trainer plays the key role to achieve the fitness goals. Special credit to my PT Raja, for helping me to lose weight & his guidance to stay fit. Personal fitness is all about discipline, he pretty much encourages & motivates to stick on!!!

It's awesome gym with great trainers they keep track of ur progress and update them for greater progress. I developed a great confidence in my health. Thank u Sasi Master just because of ur training I reduced a lot
