Body Fit Gym Ladies and Gents

Well equipped gym with good coach... i was initially 78 nd with in 2 months i lost 8 kgs.. iam damn sure dat if u follow strict diet nd master's instruction u can lose ur weight as soon as possible..

Nice gym....I was soo much fatter so i approached bodyfit gym for weightloss...I was 69 kg initially after 4 month i have lost 4 kg..And the trainer is good guiding all the way to help in weightloss....And the equipment are good and i can suggest that it s good gym in karappakam
