Aero Fitness Centre was started 18 years ago by Pappu Ale who is a judo Black Belt. Pappu Ale, Aero’s lead trainer believes that fitness solutions need to be designed for individuals. While some swear by the aerobic workout, some prefer to pump iron at the gym and still others a dance or zumba session.
