0.5 Injuries r common here

Horrible.Akshar yoga barely deals wid yoga. Dey deal mostly wid creativity n make people end up wid injuries.I injured my knee in of their session.every trainer teaches differently mostly twisting yoga n workouts into something out of shape n try to teach everything in d first week itself.they barely care for people who attend their sesssions.dont care even if they r injured. Management says dey r not responsible n finally u end up wid medical bills n pain for long term n bed rest ending up in gaining more weight.wen yoga is twisted around n made into something else this is wat happens.most of d teachers r arrogant, abuse traditional yoga saying tat it’s a waste in d class itself n promote to make us join their ttc. Classes we attend r mainly for branding n finally dey get many yoga teachers who teach at different yoga centres wat not yoga dey learnt.yoga is yoga wen it’s done systematically.wat happens wen any art form or dance form or anything is changes out of proportion it turns into something ugly. Stop hurting people n stop hurting yoga
