4 years agoGym is a wonderful assimilation of all things related to fitness. Whether it is the strength and cardio facilities, the nutrition programs, the awesome group classes or the personal training regime. I am fighting fit thanks to my trainer, Manoj who is an absolute pleasure to work with. His never say die attitude motivates you to push harder to achieve your goals. He is constantly encouraging you to do your best. His innovative and diverse workouts make exercising a lot of fun and very interesting. The best part about Gym Trainer is that he is always incorporating new things into your rigme which keep you looking forward to training with him.
4 years agoYoga practise and training program by Mrs.Navnitha is very effective and helps me build my strength & endurance. She designs each program targeting specific muscle groups helping build strength + mobility making the work out a complete functional & refreshing session. Recommend her classes for to an amateur to a professional. Highlight is since 3+ years she has hardly cancelled any classes and always on time showing her leadership quality, practice before you preach. Regs, Vishwas SD, Kalyannagar, Bengaluru.
