Yoga practise and training program by Mrs.Navnitha is very effective and helps me build my strength & endurance. She designs each program targeting specific muscle groups helping build strength + mobility making the work out a complete functional & refreshing session. Recommend her classes for to an amateur to a professional. 1 year agoThe reception or front desk don't answer the call ever... If they ever do they hang up on ur face... They don't want to solve issues or resolve genuine problems... They are fat and unhealthy... Especially for an international gym... And they advice their security guard to treat the customer in a certain way... Supaari...
6 months agoGroup sessions are amazing for overall body fitness! Great spirit and you get to push yourself in an energised atmosphere. Trainers are really good with their stuffs. Fully recommended!
