Booked the three-session intro package, hit a genuine family emergency, and couldn't make the final session. Asked for the bare minimum of decency - a refund for that one session, or let someone else use it. Flat no, on both. Their grand alternative? An online session or a "future" one. I don't live in Ahmedabad, which I told them plainly, so neither works - a fact they couldn't be bothered to factor in. Rigid policy over basic common sense. For a studio happy to take your money up front, the unwillingness to bend an inch for a real-life emergency tells you everything. Complete waste. Take your business somewhere that treats clients like people.
