Pathetic attitude

The floor manager Shailesh is absolutely not worth being at the post where he is. Rude and zero manners to deal with the situation. For him the PT was so important that he made me feel embarrassed in the gym during the workout session. He had no patience even when I told him that I would pay after the session. And over and above it, he was screaming on top of his lungs to the trainer for assisting me with my workout. This is really pathetic behaviour. Very upset and highly disappointed.
