Poor Response from the GYM Staff

went for Free Trail , Trainer was not available at that time and have contacted him but still not able to get his perfect time slot.. I have clearly mentioned my requirements like personal trainer & My time slots. He said OK initially, and he is giving some or the other reasons for not coming.. however he might have his own commitments. However i am frustrated and would like to stop going for this.
