Speed Fitness Gym

Sorrry if you had bad experience with speed fitness gym because the trainer had asked you for renewal of package. let me clear you one thing, you have paid for 4days i.e on 23/5/16. Your starting date is 24/5/16 and expiry date is 26/5/16 which is mentioned for that specified period, which is already mentioned in your receipt which is given to you. Just because we have asked you to do renewal you have said we are unprofessional in that case everyone will be unprofessional for you. We have some rules and regulations that we have to follow, sorry for that.

Hi sorry to post this negative review, but it is very disappointing. I paid for daily basis and I paid 600 Rs in a starch for four days, inspite me informing that, I won't make it for couple of days, I was under the impression that I can cover those days wen I come back, yesterday 30-05-2016 Monday I went to gym in the morning but wasn't feeling good, I stepped out without doing any workout, this morning 31-05-2016 Tuesday wen I entered the gym Krishna the trainer approaches me n says that I have to pay from today, inspite of me explaining him about the days I haven't used that is for 2 days, then he ask's me to use the gym today 31-06-2016 and I will have to pay from tomorrow the 1-06-2016 Wednesday, I felt as if these guys are doing me a huge favour by letting me to use the gym. I was so disappointed that I just walked out of the gym and that was very embarrassing, they could have even approached me even after I have used the gym but for them may be money is more important than customer satisfaction. No wonder the gym is always empty. It's not the matter of money, it's the matter of service and the way of management approaching the client, that is very rude and disappointing, I opted paying daily basis for the gym as I will be going back to Australia during 2nd week of June. No offence the gym is good and well equipped,Krishna is very approachable, but I guess the management doesn't give a shit about the clients and customer satisfaction all they look is in a day how many cards being swiped on cc machine and bank balance may be. If I had an option for no star rating I would have done that as well, I was about to join two of my brothers there as I liked the equipment and its spacious but now I won't, I don't want them to be treated like how they did to me this morning. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!
