Unsafe for women and children. I strongly recommend not to join this Center at any cost. I am pretty much sure that all the reviews and ratings here are not genuine. It was my first day at the swimming class. I was told to come at 7:30 am. I reached 10-15 minutes prior to change. I changed and came out by 7:30 there was no coach.. I was checking my mobile meanwhile a man walked towards me. (he looked like construction site worker, his clothes were dirty he was in loose half sleeves red t shirt which was faded and looked like cemented, he had tied his dirty towel around his waist and was wearing very loose drawers looked like he hadn’t taken bath or changed his clothes since a year..) I assumed he was a cleaner or a mechanic. He was muttering a song and asked me, are you here to learn swimming? I didn’t respond him coz I didn’t feel comfortable. he didn’t even looked like he work there.. he Asked me again the same thing, i felt very unsafe there, I grabbed my stuff and went to reception and complained that there was a strange person near the pool bothering me.. receptionist went to the pool, checked and came back.. I asked I was supposed to start the class at 7:30, where is the coach? He said he is near the pool in red shirt. really ? Horrible the staff doesn’t even have a basic sense of how to appear to the work place. First of all I was not introduced to the coach. Secondly coach didn’t look like a coach, I refused to learn there and ask them to refund. I didn’t even attend a single class and they don’t want to refund my money. No basic curtesy to apologise. I strongly recommend that no one should join this elite club.
