To start, users need to download the GROWFITTER app

In Solo Mode, users are equipped with 30 mins fitness activity in 40 mins to earn tokens by moving. Activity is needed to earn $GFIT Tokens (GFT). Any activity equals 30 minutes of move & earn movement To begin, users select a activity of their choice,from walking , running , cycling or health quiz and press Start.
Users should see a status on the top of the screen while doing 30 mins walking , running or cycling in 40 mins
Moonwalking: This will be shown if the app detects a weak GPS/internet signal, or the user is not organically moving (i.e. using an electronic scooter or strap phone on their dog). No $GFIT Token will be earned while Moonwalking, and users may/may not lose Energy depending on the circumstance.
GPS Signal: White - No GPS; Red - Poor GPS; Green - Strong GPS.

Once users completes 30 mins activity, users stop earning tokens. They can either choose to carry on tracking their movements, or manually exit Solo Mode by briefly holding down the Redeem button.
While the Growfitter app is not been actively used, users will be able continue earning GFIT Token, Background Mode will count the steps directly from their mobile device’s Health Data app, capped at 5,000 steps daily for Free users & 10,000 steps for premium users. These earnings are fixed (not affected by Efficiency or other bonuses) and will add towards the daily GFIT Token cap.
Users will not incur Durability or Energy costs while earning through Background Mode.
Spin & win is a loot box that is played once a day while you are moving in Solo Mode. It contains rewards , NFT & Tokens & Gems.
Fitness Challenges Mode
In Fitness Challenges Mode, users need to register under the Challenges Tab at anytime prior to commencement. There will both be Weekly Challenges and Monthly Challenges. There will be various fitness challenges like walkathon , Marathon & Cyclothon & Referral
Weekly Challenges - These walkathon , Marathon & Cyclothon challenges are held weekly and last for the whole week. Users can choose to participate in the 2.5km, 5km, or 7.5km Marathons, 50000 steps walkathon in 7 days , 50 km Cyclothon in 7 days. Free users can only take part in 3 challenges at a time. Premium users can participate in all challenges.
Monthly Challenges - These walkathon , Marathon & Cyclothon are held monthly and last for the whole month. Users can choose to participate in the 5km, 10km, or 15km Marathons, 200k steps walkathon in a month, Free users can only take part in 3 challenges at a time.
Only users who have successfully registered will receive a notification in their Log . Users can utilise the Set a Goal function to keep track of their progress. Once the stipulated running distance is completed, users will be notified via the Quest Log that the Challenge is complete.
Registration Fee (GFIT Token Deposit) To ensure commitment from users, a fee (GFIT Token) is imposed upon registration, which will be refunded upon completion of the Challenge. Participants who are unable to complete the Marathon within the time frame will have their fees pooled together and included into the Leaderboard rewards.

Challenge participants are ranked in various challenges based on distance covered in Kms, steps taken, walking minutes , Running or Cycling minutes.
Group Challenges
The most unique feature of our game-fy mode is the Group challenges where friends & family & even Corporates make groups and particiapte in Group Walkathon, Marathon , Cyclothon challenges
For Example you have a group of 50 friends
5 groups will have 10 friends each can be formed who shall walk minimum 70k steps in 7 days to qualify .There will be participation fee in GFIT Token for the challenges.
