Fitness First Platinum at Maker Maxity, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) Mumbai is designed to focus on Dynamic Movement Training and not just on machines. It is equipped with a comprehensive range of fitness equipment, and has a dedicated studio for Group Exercise and Indoor cycling. Members at this club will be able to enjoy popular Group Exercise classes like Body Pump™, BodyCombat™, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and Dance, all for free; and will be able to experience Fitness First Signature Programmes such as Freestyle Group Training and Pro Cycling for the first time in India. Facilities also include Personal training, Nutrition Counselling and shower and locker facilities. The club also has i-pad stations for members to browse and interactive TV screens which feature the latest fitness content as well as what’s happening at the club
