I’ve been Workout at Power Vibes Gym for the past three years, and suddenly I was told I’m no longer allowed to enter. When I asked for the reason, they said that CultFit Elite members are currently not allowed. This makes no sense because when I had asked Vikas during my renewal, he clearly told me there was no such issue, and that even if something changes in the future, my membership would continue normally. I still have six months of membership left, yet no one is giving me a valid explanation. One person tells me to talk to the trainer, the trainer tells me to talk to Vikas, and both keep pushing the responsibility onto each other. It feels like they think the member has no rights and can be manipulated easily. When the membership was being sold, everything was promised. But now, after taking the money, they are denying their own statements. They even suggested that I buy a new membership, instead of honoring the one I already have. The gym equipment and environment are good — but the staff is extremely unprofessional. They communicate with no clarity, no accountability, and no honesty. Important Point If the gym is not allowing CultFit Elite members, then kindly change the gym banner. Right now, CultFit has changed its Google profile name to “CultFit,” apparently for marketing, but members are still being denied entry. This is misleading, and it creates false expectations for anyone who checks the gym online. Suggestion to the Owner Please hire staff who are professional and transparent. Anyone planning to buy a yearly membership, I strongly recommend getting all promises in writing via email, because the management keeps changing their statements and you could face the same problem.
