Cleanliness and hygiene is upto the mark Ambiance is elegant... Trainers are really good with their workout techniques... Front Desk is really supportive and helpful...
4 years agoMe and my friend joined Gold Gym 45 days ago. We took membership for 3 months. We were so looking forward to improve our built that we took Personal Training. The person at the reception gave us the personal training for 6000 for both of us. We paid the advance. Next day I got a call from one of the other person who managed the admissions. He said that they won't be able to provide Personal training for 6000. We need to pay at lease 10000. Finally the deal was settled for 8000 for a senior trainer named for 12 classes each per month. We went gym and initially the trainer was not there for 1 week. Then we complained at the reception and the next day the trainer came at our time and we didi PT with him. He was good. Same happened the next day. After 2 days the trainer stopped coming to gym. No trainer even guided us. I also got a cramp in my shoulder because we were doing all on our own and did not k ew anything. After another 10-15 days we complained again at the reception and asked them to give a refund so that we can join another good gym since they failed to provide the service. The person convinced us that he will provide some other good trainer. Finally he provided a junior trainer. He told that we should 2 complimentary sessions with him and if we are satisfied then we can continue. We did the training for 2 days and all was good not upto the level of previous trainer but still good. Me and my friend were convinced again and thought of continuing. Next day again class happened upto the expectations. After this we went gym daily and trainer was there training some other girl and did not entertained us. This happened for another 15 days. We again went to the reception saying that now atleast they should refund the money. It has been now 10 days I am trying to get the money back but everytime they say that sir is not here. I had a meeting with the accountant as well however he said he will call me and tell me whether the money can be refunded. I never got a call. I kept in calling them again and again but they just give the same excuse that sir and the accountant is not here. It seems like I have to borrow the money from them. This is very disappointing with such a big brand. I am writing this email to you with a hope that my money gets refunded. We both paid 20,000/- in total.
4 years agoI have been doing weight training for quite some time but never experienced what I just did. Do try if you looking for fitness.. Amazing workout!!!
