  1. To avail, the rewards & cashback offer member has to purchase through www.growfitter.com / Growfitter TAB & Growfitter Partner Dashboard Only.
  2. Participation in the Reward or Cashback offer is voluntary.
  3. Member does not object if his/her photograph/ shooting/ recording/ testimonial use for promotion/advertising on social website like ( Facebook, Instagram & etc) and/or on any other media/platform worldwide and shall release Growfitter from all liability that may arise from taking his/her photograph/ shooting/ recording/ testimonial.
  4. Members shall avail the facility at their own risk and liability, Gold’s Gym & Growfitter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the same.
  5. Tracking of the workout days member has to download the FITKIT by Growfitter App from Play Store and App Store.
  6. Counting of workout days/sessions starts from the date of Joining Date which is mentioned on Growfitter during purchase.
  7. Rights of Admission is Reserved by Gym Gold's Gym & Growfitter.
  8. FITKIT app access is valid only for the period mentioned on the Growfitter voucher.
  9. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  10. Space available for usage to members may be increased/decreased as per the circumstances/availability.
  11. Every time member comes to the gym first they need to CHECK IN and have to WORKOUT minimum 30 mins in the Gym for a workout before they CHECK OUT by pressing the button on App. The maximum CHECK OUT time is 120 mins. If a member misses out on CHECK IN & CHECK OUT then they don’t get the attendance.
  12. Member has to place an order of the Growfitter for achieved reward & pay convenience charges or shipping charges if any for getting the Reward dispatched to their location, without that it will not be given to the members.
  13. Member has to choose/activate theRewards for successfully achieving the same, If the Valid tenure for that reward is not completed then Member does not get Rewards& Cashback.
  14. If a member gets the Claim Option even though they have not completed the Goal; then Growfitter reserve the rights not to honor that rewards.
  15. The Lucky Draw rewards are based on the computerized draw system, It will be selected on a Random basis across PAN India.
  16. Each reward has its own Terms & Condition and Redeem process, kindly read out before activating the Reward.
  17. If a member completes verified 250 days out of 365 days during the tenure of his yearly membership; then only they will Cashback in Growfitter Wallet only.
  18. The offer is void if the membership is transferred to someone else or feezed.

  24. No staff/representative of Gold’s Gym either outsourced or contractual can avail these offer if found such activity; Growfitter will block the account and can claim the compensation from the individual.
  25. The fraudulent activity includes but not limited to, Scanning away from Gym, Gym Non Operation Days or Time, Login in Multiple Devices/Mobile Phones, Mobile Number logged in Multiple Devices, Person Scanning with Two Phones, Person Scanning with Two Phones with multiple logins, Person Scanning for His/her Friends, Family or Companion, Staff or Trainer scanning for the member etc. will lead to the cancellation of the Reward/Cashback Offer without any justification or intimidation to the customer. Growfitter will block the account and can claim the compensation from the individual.
  26. If a member wants to change the device they have to share the IMEI number prior to the team via email to avoid suspension of the account. The will be considered on case to case basis. And in any conflict Growfitter decision remains final.
  27. The customer cannot hold fitness centre responsible for any app related issue or Gym is closed on public holidays or maintenance days. All such days will be counted in the system.
  28. Any complaints or query will be addressed in Jurisdiction of Mumbai Only.
  29. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency about the above terms of this Reward and or Cashback offer, the decision of Growfitter is final.

  22. After successfully completing the 250 days out of 365 days, the member has to inform 60 days prior with the choice of dates for travel, Valid Passport and Visa. Based on the valid passport and visa, Entire trip booking mandatorily has to be booked via Growfitter or Growfitter affiliated booking partners only. The return ticket will be given only from Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi. The customer has to travel to these cities on their own for the trip. Send the valid documents on support@growfitter.com

Growfitter Wallet Terms:

  1. Growfitter FITKIT Wallet is the closed system PPI.
  2. Closed system PPI is defined under the said direction as follows: These PPIs are issued by an entity for facilitating the purchase of goods and services from that entity only and do not permit cash withdrawal. As this instrument cannot be used for payments or settlement for third-party services, the issuance and operation of such an instrument are not classified as payment systems requiring approval/authorization by the RBI.
  3. FITKIT Wallet is the instrument to park money in your Growfitter FITKIT Account as a cashback balance and can be used only for purchase on Growfitter.com.
  4. Balance in Growfitter FITKIT wallet doesn't bear any interest.
  5. This cashback amount is expired within a year after the cashback is credited in the Growfitter FITKIT Wallet.
  6. The Cashback balance is non-transferable.
  7. No other discount coupon or offer of Growfitter can be clubbed in a purchase where Cashback amount is sought to be used.
  8. These terms can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Growfitter at any time without notice.
  9. Definition of Growfitter FITKIT Cashback: Cashback in Growfitter FITKIT wallet is a points/reward/incentive which a customer gets if they work out for 250 days out of 365 days in a respective fitness centre.
  10. Growfitter.com will not provide any actual cashback or hard cash or a bank transfer to any of the members. It will be a cashback only in Growfitter FITKIT wallet.

Insurance Companies Terms and Condition:

  1. Member will be enrolled for Insurance cover only after 30 Days of Joining. Insurance cover will be valid after 30 days on enrolment or after 30 days of joining date only.
  2. Only member falling risk category I & II are covered
  3. The policy period will be one year from the payment of premium
  4. Coverage Description Accidental Death only: Sum insured will be 100% of principal Sum insured
  5. Children's Education Benefits up to the 5000/-per child (Maximum 2 dependent children) in case of death or PTD of the insured member.
  6. Transportation of Mortal remains 2% of Principal sum insured or 5000/- whichever is less
  7. Other Terms and Condition The policy shall be on NAMED basis. Name of the Insured, Age, Address, Nominee name and relation is compulsory.
  8. Age of persons covered should be between 18-70 yrs
  9. Rest terms/conditions will be as per the Shri GPA policy wordings of SGI
