1. What is FITKIT?

FITKIT is a corporate Wellness Program powered by Growfitter. It provides convenience to the corporate employees to go and workout across 300+ Fitness Centres PAN India.

2. How I can buy FITKIT?

You can only purchase FITKIT if you have the designated corporate link. After that, you can pay through Easy Payment options such as Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and No Cost Bajaj EMIs.

3. Is it valid for my spouse/family members?

It completely depends on your organisation's policy. It's only possible if they want to pass on the benefits to spouse and family members.

4. How is it different from the Normal Membership which I buy at Gym/Fitness Centre nearby?

It’s completely different from what you purchase at your nearby Gym/Fitness Centre. This is a wellness program which not only includes the Workout Sessions but also the fitness assessments, fitness challenges and wellness activities conducted at your campus. Also, based on the mutual arrangements between your organisation and Growfitter, there are certain rewards if you adopt an active and healthier lifestyle.

5. What are the benefits for enrolling in FITKIT Program?

FITKIT is flexible wellness program which allows you to stay fit wherever you are, whether it's at home, office or travelling. Don’t get bored with the same activity daily; you can try different centres and different activity as per your needs. You can find the fitness centre in and around you and do your daily workout. Not only that, there are a lot of perks and rewards if you stay fit and healthy.

6. Can I go to any Talwalkars Gym, Gold’s Gym, Mickey Mehta Wellness Centre, Anytime Fitness etc. for workout across India?

No, we have provided the list above; you can only visit those centres. Many of them are franchise centres i.e does not come under corporate tie-ups. However, we shall try to add all of them to this program.

7. Should I consider this as Talwalkars Gym or Gold’s Gym Membership?

No, this is Growfitter's FITKIT Program where you can avail the services at these centres for the respective number of sessions you are eligible for. THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE GYM MEMBERSHIP.

8. Which fitness activities and services can I avail in this Program?

You can avail the services such as Gym, Yoga, Zumba, Dance, CrossFit and many more activities in this program; only if the respective centre and services are included in your package.

9. Do I have to pay anything extra at the Fitness Centre that I visit?

Only if you opt for add-on services like Personal Training, Massage, Nutrition Counselling or any other packages at the centre. Apart from that, you can use Gym, Cardio and Shower facilities at the centres. 

10. How does it work?

It is very simple and easy to use. Once you are enrolled in the program you will have to Scan the QR code at the Front Desk with FITKIT by our Growfitter App. Once the Fitness Centre team approves the session you are allowed inside to go and workout.

12. What are the details needed while enrolling in this program?

We will need basic details like your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Company Details and Photo. All of these are mandatory. Apart from that, other optional fields can be updated in your Profile Tab.

13. Can my Spouse/family member or friends use my OTP to workout?

No, this is an individual Membership, it can’t be used by anyone else. If it is used by someone else, the Membership/Program will be terminated without any intimations. Growfitter.com or Fitness Service Provider or Corporate is not responsible for the same.

14. How can I request for a Gym which is not included in the existing list?

You can always give us your feedback and suggestions on adding a new fitness centre to the list. Please note we do not commit to adding that centre to the list, we shall try to add it only if it fits our criteria. For that, kindly email us at [email protected]

15. Whom should I contact if I am find any issues or need to resolve queries?

The official timings for the queries are Monday – Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
