Group Classes Timing :- Mon, Wed, Fri - 7:00 am to 7:20 am & eve 7:00 pm to 7:20 pm.

love the gym because of its trainers and the equipments. trainers and staff are very friendly and helpful, membership is very flexible with its terms too.
