the group classes are really great. Even while training in a group, the trainer does manage to give you individual tips and attention.really enjoy his classes!!
3 years agoGroup sessions are amazing for overall body fitness! Great spirit and you get to push yourself in an energised atmosphere. Trainers are really good with their stuffs. Fully recommended!
4 years agoI have been doing weight training for quite some time but never experienced what I just did. Do try if you looking for fitness.. Amazing workout!!!
