great gym for legs and crossfit style cardio, for pure bodybuilding it's a bit lacking, but you can still get the job done! Fairly spacious too! Loud music, everyone in their own zone, this is the place to focus and TRAIN!
3 years agoIt's only been a half a month since I have joined but i am extremely happy with the services and facilities. I got trained by the highly experienced trainer and I am impressed by his knowledge of workouts.
4 years agoGolds Gym boasts of the best of equipments, support staff and trainers. They also have a very nice nutrition guidance. The gym environment is very positive and the hygiene levels are very high. They keep organizing fitness camps to motivate members to lose weight. They also organize cooking competitions to make them aware of healthy food habits. I rate Golds Gym Seven ******* star
