very nice atmosphere for working out with amazing trainers and equipments. just a little conjusted.
4 years agoThis is a good gym for working out hard. the vibe is great, but it is super crowded on the evening. Good equipment, though the trainers aren't very supportive. They normally help out only those whom they are friendly with, unless you ask them.
4 years agogym, quite impressed with the way they have designed the group workout sessions. Especially the power yoga session. Power Yoga is amazing workout building to strengthen the core and make you more agile and flexible. Personally power yoga has transformed me ,strengthen me, made me flexible and more strong. I feel better and lighter and more energetic with each yoga session . Our teacher is awesome and so disciplined with all her class/sessions and very particular about the proper warm-up:)
