Pros: Equipments good (except the stair master, the pull up machine which is broken 90% of the time) Spacious gym (TBH its a chaos in peak hours, too overcrowded) Cons: Bad Management: Extremely unorganized management and pathetically biased towards clients who have opted for personal training. Over crowded: They have no upper cap for members, the more the merrier. At times I have waited almost 15 minutes between sets because there are 4-5 people doing the same exercise. The whole body cools down till then. 24*7 Gym is a myth: I was told our members know Sunday is maintenance day so no body comes and indicating that I too should not attend Sundays. "24*7" haha... I am sure they gym is closed at least 30 days in year cumulatively (counting holidays, maintenance days, shooting days, "we don't feel like opening it" days). They call it a 24*7 and 365 day gym but that isn't actually the case. The gym is closed down randomly in the name of maintenance work. Today they crossed a limit, I reached the gym and was told that the gym is closed. This has happened to me for the 5th time at least. Their argument is that they put a notice few days in advance (a notice is a a4 size paper on glass door thats it). Well what if i did not visit the gym in the last few days? What if I miss that small a4 size notice? Unfair & Biased Towards Personal Training Clients: Also the most audacious thing was that there were two guys already working out in the weight training section. Seeing that I sincerely requested the trainer to allow me also to work out there. To my surprise I was told its a personal trainer client and I cannot workout today. Isnt the gym supposed to be closed for all the members? Not to forget the multiple instances when these trainers almost bullyingly take away dumbbells, benches or machines when they are working on their PT client. This is extremely dictatorial and unfair. I have been a active promoter of the gym since long, but this experience has changed my mind for sure. I will make sure all of my friends (active members) and people here learn about this incident. If they do not do anything about this I would not renew my membership and also ask my friends not to.
